Features of Cuddon Freeze Dryers

Cuddon freeze dryers are controlled by OMRON touchscreen PLCs which provide recipe programming and storage and data logging and analysis tools, with remote access options for off-site monitoring and service. Their freeze dryers are typically used for document and artefact recovery, nutraceuticals, research, and food processing such as fruit and vegetables, ingredients, dairy products and coffee. Standard systems range in size from 5.5kg condenser to 2000kg condenser  (24hr deposition rate).  Cuddon also offer a dryer specifically for flood damaged documents.
