Powder fillers

Our semi- and fully- automatic powder fillers from M&O Perry Industries utilise the ACCOFIL vaccum/pressure principle to weigh and dispense powders in a quick, repeatable manner, eliminate time-consuming hand-weighing.

ACCOFIL was originally developed and patented by M&O Perry but due to its accuracy and reliability this method has now become an industry standard. ACCOFIL compacts powder to a constant density within the filling gun and dispenses by application of pressure. The fill size can be changed by adjusting the filling chamber or changing gun sizes, and a wide range of standard gun sizes is available to cope with different powders and container sizes. A special Micro-Well kit is also available to streamline filling of 96 well plates.

The LM-14 is designed to fill powder weights of 2 mg to 10g, while the FC fills 2mg to 250g. Typical production rates are 8-20 fills per minute. These systems can be used for a wide variety of products including pharmaceutical and cosmetics, powdered inks, food and beverage powders, micro-spheres, salts, agricultural products, fertilisers, and more.
