Liquid Fillers

Our range of liquid filling machines are accurate, versatile and reliable. These systems can be configured to process glass or plastic, vials bottles or tubes, and can fill, stopper, plug, alu-crimp cap or screw cap as required. Sophisticated design enables the tooling blocks to handle a wide range of container diameters without change parts. A unique periodic checkweigh option automates the collection of data to allow the operator to concentrate on other tasks.

Options include V/HLAF, RABS or isolator hoods.

The P1500 model, pictured, is a compact and economical model, ideal for small scale production or clinical trials at outputs of up to 3,000 containers per hour.

The LF series are high-speed production units with outputs of up to 21,600 containers per hour.

The SF series plastic syringe illing systems operate with speeds up to 13,500 containers per hour.
