LiposoFast-Basic & Stabilizer: This manual liposome extruder is designed for small-volume sample preparation (0.1mL to 1.0mL) and produces homogeneous unilamellar liposomes. It utilizes a track-etched polycarbonate membrane to control the size of the liposomes produced.
LiposoFast LF-50: This automatic liposome extruder is suitable for medium-volume sample preparation (5mL to 50mL) and produces homogeneous unilamellar liposomes. It features a temperature-controlled jacket to maintain sample temperature during the extrusion process, ensuring consistent liposome formation.
Liposome Extruder Accessory: This accessory transforms any Avestin high-pressure homogenizer, such as the C3, D20, C55 and production unit into a liposome extruder. It utilizes the high-pressure homogenizer's power to shear the lipid solution through a track-etched polycarbonate membrane to produce liposomes.
